Can I renew/edit a previous order?

Once we have confirmed that your order has been processed and is complete, you are able to renew the order.
- To view the status of your orders, you need to be logged in to the product section of the website.
- Click the link ‘profile’ in the top right corner of the page. The profile page will show you the status of all your orders.
- Find the order you wish to renew, and click view. This will show you the order details.
- Click ‘order again.’ This link will take you to your cart.
- You can remove items and change quantities.* When you’re finished, click ‘proceed to checkout.’
*Note: You cannot modify herb %’s of a previously ordered custom formulae.
LOGIN to order products if you are a practitioner. You may need to reset your password, if you did not receive the welcoming email. If you do not have an account create a new one by SIGNING UP in the top right corner. Dismiss
